This prewar condominium lobby stands as a visionary historical preservation endeavor dedicated to honoring the rich history it encompasses. Our focus was on the meticulous restoration of the high wooden ceiling, lighting fixtures, intricately crafted moldings, artistically designed terrazzo flooring, and ornamental fireplace. Additionally, we introduced features like the artisanal blacksmith chandelier, finished in rubbed oil bronze, to encapsulate its 1931 origin.
