Originally built in 1964, Sea Cliff Towers is a distinguished condominium residence overlooking the ocean in Staten Island, with direct views of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. Our firm completed a full renovation of the building’s main lobby and 8th-floor corridors, modernizing the common areas while preserving the elegance of its mid-century architecture. The transformation focused on upgrading all materials, lighting, and furnishings to provide a sophisticated, durable environment for residents and guests. From custom murals of the Verrazano Bridge to newly designed seating areas, the design introduces warmth, clarity, and a sense of place—grounded in the iconic Staten Island landscape.

A custom mural was installed directly across from the elevator doors—sized with careful consideration to be visually impactful without overwhelming guests as they arrive. Balancing scale and subtlety in a tight vertical space was a key design challenge in this transformation.
